Woodland Park is gearing up to welcome a new culinary addition as the Brecken Heights multi-family residential project prepares to introduce Pikes Peak Taco, a drive-through Mexican restaurant.
Mike Bramlet from JR Engineering, representing applicant Fernando Morales, shared the vision for the restaurant at the meeting. He described it as offering high-quality fast Mexican food primarily in a drive-thru setting, with a few small tables and three umbrella tables on the patio.
The proposed 1,650-square-foot drive-through restaurant will provide a limited number of indoor and outdoor seating options.
While it is not yet confirmed, the council's approval signals that Pikes Peak Taco is on track to become a new culinary addition to the Woodland Park community.
